Viral markers (HBsAg, HIV, HCV)

Viral marker tests for HBsAg, HIV, and HCV detect infections caused by Hepatitis B, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and Hepatitis C. These blood tests help in early diagnosis, monitoring, and preventing the spread of these serious viral infections, especially before surgeries, transfusions, or during pregnancy.

Coagulation Profile (PT, INR, aPTT)

The Coagulation Profile test (including PT, INR, and aPTT) measures how quickly your blood clots. It helps detect bleeding or clotting disorders and is commonly used before surgeries or to monitor blood-thinning medications like warfarin or heparin.

Estrogen Test

The Estrogen test measures the levels of estrogen hormones (mainly estradiol, estriol, and estrone) in the blood. Estrogen is crucial for female reproductive health, menstrual cycles, and pregnancy. The test helps evaluate fertility issues, menstrual irregularities, menopause, and hormone-related conditions in both women and men.

Testosterone Test

The Testosterone test measures the level of testosterone in your blood. Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone, responsible for sex drive, muscle mass, and fertility. The test is used to evaluate symptoms like low libido, erectile dysfunction, infertility, or irregular periods in both men and women.

Prolactin Test

The Prolactin test measures the level of prolactin hormone in your blood. This hormone is produced by the pituitary gland and plays a key role in breast milk production. The test helps diagnose pituitary disorders, infertility, menstrual problems, and unusual nipple discharge in both women and men.

LH

The LH (Luteinizing Hormone) test measures the level of LH in the blood. LH plays a key role in regulating the reproductive system. In women, it triggers ovulation; in men, it supports testosterone production. The test is commonly used to evaluate infertility, hormonal imbalances, and puberty-related issues.

FSH

The FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone) test measures the level of FSH in the blood. It helps assess fertility, reproductive health, and hormonal balance in both men and women. It’s commonly used to evaluate menstrual problems, menopause, and sperm production issues.

CRP Test

The CRP (C-Reactive Protein) test is a blood test used to detect inflammation or infection in the body. Elevated CRP levels may indicate conditions such as bacterial or viral infections, autoimmune disorders, or chronic inflammatory diseases.

Typhidot Test

The Typhidot test is a rapid blood test used to detect typhoid fever. It identifies IgM and IgG antibodies against Salmonella typhi, the bacteria responsible for typhoid. It helps in early diagnosis, especially when culture results are pending or unavailable.

Dengue NS1, IgM, IgG

Dengue NS1, IgM & IgG tests detect and track dengue fever.
• NS1: Early detection (Day 1–5)
• IgM: Recent infection
• IgG: Past or secondary infection

Infection Markers Widal Test

The Widal Test is a blood test used to detect typhoid fever by identifying antibodies against Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi. It helps diagnose ongoing or recent enteric (typhoid or paratyphoid) infections.

Routine Urine Examination

A Routine Urine Examination (RUE) is a simple, non-invasive test that analyzes the physical, chemical, and microscopic properties of urine. It helps detect conditions like urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney disorders, diabetes, and liver problems.

Thyroid Profile

The Thyroid Profile test measures the levels of key hormones that regulate your body’s metabolism: TSH, T3, and T4. It helps diagnose thyroid disorders like hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and monitors ongoing thyroid treatments.

Lipid Profile

The Lipid Profile test measures the levels of different fats (lipids) in your blood, including cholesterol and triglycerides. It helps assess your risk of heart disease, stroke, and other cardiovascular conditions.

Kidney Function Tests

Kidney Function Tests (KFTs) are blood and urine tests that assess how well your kidneys are working. They measure waste products like creatinine, urea, and electrolytes to detect kidney damage, dehydration, or chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Liver Function Tests

Liver Function Tests (LFTs) are a group of blood tests that assess the health and performance of the liver by measuring levels of enzymes, proteins, and bilirubin. These tests help detect liver damage, infections, inflammation, or diseases like hepatitis, fatty liver, or cirrhosis.

Complete Blood Count (CBC

A Complete Blood Count (CBC) test is a common blood test that measures different components of blood, including red cells, white cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets. It helps detect conditions like anemia, infection, inflammation, and blood disorders.

Hemoglobin (Hb)

The Hemoglobin (Hb) test measures the amount of hemoglobin in your blood—a protein in red blood cells responsible for carrying oxygen throughout the body. It helps detect anemia, bleeding disorders, and overall blood health.

Blood Sugar (Fasting/Postprandial/RBS)

The Blood Sugar test measures the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood. It is used to screen, diagnose, and monitor diabetes and related conditions. Common types include Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Postprandial Blood Sugar (PPBS), and Random Blood Sugar (RBS).

HbA1c (Glycated Hemoglobin)

The HbA1c test measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2 to 3 months. It helps in diagnosing and monitoring diabetes, offering a long-term view of glucose control. It does not require fasting.
